All of our products are shipped via Australia Post. We dispatch daily Monday to Friday. All Australian deliveries will be shipped with tracking and a signature. In most instances your parcel will be dispatched within 72 hours (business days only) of your payment being received.

Please note these delivery times are only approximate, delivery to remote areas may take up to 10 business days. In some instances delivery can occur faster than the time frames listed above.
Our couriers deliver between 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday. If no one will be home during these hours, please provide an alternate address. We can deliver to PO Boxes.
Our courier can leave your parcel unattended at your delivery address, however you must request this when placing your order. Where parcels are left unattended we cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage.
If the incorrect shipping address is entered at checkout, we cannot accept any liability for loss or damage and are not responsible for re-postage. Any costs for re-postage is the responsibility of the consumer.
If no one is present to accept your delivery, the delivery driver will leave a card in your mail box or under your door, noting that they have attempted delivery. Please follow the instructions on the card for re-delivery or collection of your parcel.
We charge a flat rate of $15 shipping, Australia wide.
Tracking your parcel
You will be provided with a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. You can track your parcel online, please allow up to 24 hours for the details to be loaded.
$30 Flat Rate Shipping. your parcel will dispatch within 48 hours of payment being received. Delivery time is approximately 2 - 4 weeks. All overseas customers must be aware that any items shipped internationally may incur additional fees and duties levied by customs. As the recipient of the item, you are responsible to pay any of the taxes and duties levied by the country you are shipping to.
