How much is shipping? 

We deliver Australia wide for a flat rate of $15

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email from us with your tracking number. You can track your parcel online, please allow up to 72 hours for the details to be loaded.

How long does delivery take? 

Your parcel will be dispatched within 72 hours (business days only) of your payment being received.

Listed below are the approximate transit times;

NSW: 2-3 days

VIC: 2-3 days

QLD: 2-3 days 

SA: 3-5 days

NT: 3-5 days

WA: 4-6 days

Please note these delivery times are only approximate, delivery to remote areas may take up to 10 business days. In some instances delivery can occur faster than the time frames listed above. 

What happens if I am not home when my order is delivered?

If no one is present to accept your delivery, the delivery driver will leave a card in your mail box or under your door, noting that they have attempted delivery. Please follow the instructions on the card for re-delivery or collection of your parcel. In most instances your order will be taken to your local Australia Post for collection with identification.

Alternatively, you can request to have your parcel left unattended at your delivery address, this must be done at checkout. Where parcels are left unattended we cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage. 

Can you send my item via express post?

Yes. If you need your products in a hurry and would like them sent via express post, please email us at customerservice@beautygame.com.au Please provide us with your delivery address and the item you wish to purchase. We will get back to you with a shipping quote, within 2 - 3 hours.  

Do you ship Internationally? 

Yes. $30 Flat Rate Shipping. your parcel will dispatch within 48 hours of payment being received. Delivery time is approximately 2 - 4 weeks. All overseas customers must be aware that any items shipped internationally may incur additional fees and duties levied by customs. As the recipient of the item, you are responsible to pay any of the taxes and duties levied by the country you are shipping to. 

What can I do if my order is taking longer than expected? 

Occasionally delays can occur and unfortunately this is out of our control. If you are concerned your order is taking longer than expected, please contact us at customerservice@beautygame.com.au so we can follow this up for you.

How can I make payment? 

We accept all major credit cards, Direct Deposit, PayPal, After Pay and Zip Pay. For the Direct Deposit option, you will need to email info@beautygame.com.au to proceed. Orders dispatch upon payment being received in full.

Do you offer returns or exchanges? 

We DO NOT offer returns or exchanges. However, we will exchange your product for a replacement if the product arrives damaged in any way. You must contact us at info@beautygame.com.au within 1 week of receiving your items. 

What are the measurements of your products?

What is your makeup storage made from?

All of our makeup storage is constructed using high quality clear acrylic. 

How should I clean my makeup storage? 

To clean your acrylic, use a soft clean cloth and wash your product with a solution of dish washing detergent and lukewarm water. Dust with a soft damp cloth. DO NOT USE: Window cleaning sprays, alcohol, acetone, or lacquer thinner, these will scratch the acrylic surface.

Do you have a shop I can visit?

Maybe one day :-) ... but currently we are online only.
