Whether you are heading to the gym for a hard workout or simply just trying to get through the Christmas shopping with a little extra energy then these 4 Ingredient protein balls are for you!
You will need:
180 grams Dried Dates, Pitted
230 grams Almond meal
20 grams of Chocolate Protein Powder
1/2 Cup Rice malt Syrup
Coconut to roll (optional)
Lets put them together:
Place the dates into a Food processor and blitz well.
Add the Protein powder and combine.
Add the Almond meal and Rice malt syrup and blitz on high to well combined.
Roll into approx 1 1/2 inch balls
Roll in coconut and place on a tray in the fridge to set. You don't have to Roll them in coconut, they are fine without it and set the same.
Tip: Pop these in the freezer for up to 4 weeks and grab for an on the go snack!
